Brightbill Transportation was created because of the growing demand from school systems to provide a safe, cost efficient outsourced student transportation solution. Based in Lebanon, Pa. Brightbill operates a variety of facilities throughout Eastern and Central Pennsylvania.

Special Needs
Our special needs school bus drivers and aides receive additional training and education to insure safe transport for all children who may require some extra care. Our bus fleet includes specially equipped buses which utilize your bus routes to various specialized schools. Our responsibilities are great and Brightbill Transportation will do everything we can to insure all children are safely transported on our buses each and every day.
About Our Safety & Operations Manager - Dave Schlotter
Dave has been involved in the transportation and busing industry for over twenty years. He has been the Director of Safety & Operations for Brightbill Transportation, Inc. since January 2004. Dave and his family reside in the Lancaster, PA area. He is a member of: Lancaster/Lebanon Pupil Transportation Association, Pupil Transportation Association of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania School Bus Association, and the Chamber of Commerce. Dave currently serves as the school bus Instructor Coordinator for Lancaster County and once qualified for the National School Bus Safety Competition. Dave’s background includes two degrees, a B.A. in Sociology and a Pennsylvania Teacher Certification for grades 7-12 in Social Studies.
